OHJELMA:
\"En laulaakseni vain laula\" on koko perheen tapahtuma, jossa voi osallistua lasten taidepajaan, kuunnella musiikkiesitystä sekä seurata ja ottaa osaa keskusteluun vastajulkaistusta Sanna Pelliccionin lasten kuvakirjasta \"Kerro minulle, Antonio\" (S&S, 2023). Yli kuusivuotiaille suunnattu kuvakirja kertoo ensimmäisistä chileläisistä pakolaisista Suomessa.
Keskusteluun osallistuvat: yliopistonlehtori Alfonso Padilla, jonka kokemuksiin kirja perustuu, sekä Anna Sidorova, dosentti, FT, tutkija, Mia Österlund, ja Sanna Pelliccioni. Keskustelua moderoi Javiera Marchand Aedo.
Muusikot Rodrigo Rodríguez ja Mikko Nousiainen päättävät tapahtuman yhteislaulutuokiolla.
Tapahtuma on osa \"Chile50\"-ohjelmistoa (www.chile50.fi). \"Yo no canto por cantar\" on Kulttuurikeskus Ninhon yhteistyössä Vuotalon kanssa tuottama tapahtuma Kolibri festivaalille sekä Chile50:lle. Rahoitus: Taike, Helsingin kaupunki, Svenska kulturfonden.
Tapahtuma on yksi monista Kolibri festivaalilla, joka tuo Helsinkiin, Espooseen ja Vantaalle erilaisia monikulttuurisia taidetapahtumia syyskuussa. \"Jag Sjunger Inte Bara För Att Sjunga\" (Víctor Jara) erbjuder alla familjer en konstverkstad för barn, musik och ett fördjupande samtal om den nyutgivna illustrerade bilderboken \"Kerro minulle, Antonio\" av Sanna Pellicioni (S&S, 2023). En fiktiv bok, rekommenderad för barn från 6 år, om de första flyktingarna i Finland: de chilenska familjerna.
Deltagare i diskussionen: Professor Alfonso Padilla, som inspirerade boken, Anna Sidorova, Mia Österlund, specialforskare i litteraturvetenskap, och Sanna Pellicioni. Moderator: Javiera Marchand Aedo.

\"I Don't Sing Just To Sing\" (Víctor Jara) offers for all families an art workshop for children, music and an immersive conversation about the recently published illustrated picture book \"Kerro minulle, Antonio\", by Sanna Pelliccioni (S&S, 2023). A fiction book, recommended for children ages 6+, about the first refugees in Finland: the Chilean families.
Participants in the debate: Professor Alfonso Padilla, on whom the book is inspired, Anna Sidorova, translator, member of IBBY-Finland, and TAIKE Arts Advisor, the researcher and expert in Finnish Children’s Literature, Mia Österlund, and Sanna Pelliccioni. Moderated by Javiera Marchand Aedo.
The musicians Rodrigo Rodríguez and Mikko Nousianen will end this event with music to sing together.

Musiikkisatuja on kaksi peräkkäin:
Klo 16–16.30 0–3-vuotiaille
Klo 17–17.30 3–7-vuotiaille
Ikäsuositus on suuntaa-antava. Klo 16 alkavalla satutunnilla on enemmän toimintaa ja vähemmän tekstiä kuin klo 17 alkavalla satutunnilla. Satu saattaa kuitenkin olla sama peräkkäisillä satutunneilla.

22.8. tuokio järjestetään kirjaston nuortentila VOXissa, 23.8. lastenosaston leikkialueella. Molemmat tuokiot alkavat klo 10.
Lorutuokiot sopivat alle 1-vuotiaille vauvoille vanhempineen. Loruttelu rentouttaa, edistää vauvan kielellistä kehitystä ja auttaa vauvaa hahmottamaan oman kehonsa rajoja.
Vauvalle on hyvä ottaa mukaan pehmoinen alusta tuokiota varten. Lorutuokion kesto on noin 30 minuuttia.

Grankullaförfattaren Raisa Lardot besöker biblioteket. Lardot föddes bland de östersjöfinska vepserna och hennes barndom präglades av krig, innan hon kom till Finland som flykting 1945. Hon berättar om sina upplevelser som flykting och reflekterar över dagens situation för de ukrainska flyktingarna. På finska.

BOOKPERFORMANCE is a literary and artistic concept as well as a world-view.
Here are the papers of a book, metaphorically leaves of a tree and individuals of a society. They got collectively painted during the BOOKPERFORMANCE event that took place on the 27th May 2023, at OODI.
Thanks to the energy and the synergy that was created all together within a linguistic and cultural diversity in the happening, a down-to-earth contribution about books and trees thus knowledge and nature was planted into the collective consciousness. The co-created paintings are sold and with the revenue trees are planted for the life on Earth.
You are welcome to see the documentation of this event which is showcased as a digital exhibition at OODI, at any time during 2 weeks, between 21st August and 3rd September.
