Vuosaaren kirjaston Keskiviikkokerhossa askarrellaan, puuhaillaan ja pelaillaan yhdessä koulun jälkeen. Tervetuloa mukaan kaikki koululaiset!

Keskiviikkokerhon ohjelma vaihtelee viikoittain askartelusta ja taiteilusta kortti- tai lautapelien pelailuun. Kerho kokoontuu Vuosaaren kirjaston lastenalueen suuren pöydän ääressä joka keskiviikko klo 15-16, ja mukaan mahtuu kerralla noin 12 lasta. Ei ennakkoilmoittautumista!

Interested in arts and crafts and board games? Want to hang out together after school? Everyone is welcome to join us at the Wednesday Club at Vuosaari Library!

The Wednesday Club, Keskiviikkokerho, is open to all children aged 7-12 who wish to participate in joint activities in the library after school. The club’s program varies weekly from arts and crafts to playing card or board games. The club gathers around the large table in the children's area of Vuosaari library every Wednesday from 3 to 4 p.m. The table seats about 12 children at a time. No enrolment in advance is needed.

The club instructors speak mainly Finnish, but children with little or no skills in Finnish language are welcome to join the club nonetheless. See you at the library!

Suomen kielen keskusteluryhmä Pasilan kirjastossa joka maanantai ja keskiviikko klo 14-16 (14.8.-13.12.2023) sekä e-Ekstra-nettikielikahvila Skypessä torstaisin klo 17-19.

Suomen kielen taitosi ei tarvitse olla sujuvaa mutta toivomme, että osaat jo hiukan ennestään. Vietämme rennosti aikaa yhdessä jutellen. Jännittää ei tarvitse – rohkeasti mukaan! Tuo kaverisikin!

Meillä on tavallisesti useampi tasoryhmä vasta-alkajista enemmän osaaviin.

Pasila Library's language café Suoma is a discussion group in Finnish that meets every Monday and Wednesday at 14-16 at Pasila Library (14.8. - 13.12.2023), and on Skype as e-Ekstra every Thursday at 17-19.

Your Finnish language skills do not have to be fluent, but we hope that you already know a little. We spend a relaxed time talking together. There's no need to be nervous - feel free to come along! Also bring your friend with you!

You can sign up for an one-hour personal guidance either by phone at 043 8248 307 or by visiting the library. Guidance times are 13:00-14:00 and 14:00-15:00.

The languages of instruction are Finnish and English. The devices to be taught are computers, tablets and smartphones. Guidance is also available on the use of online services.

Instruction is held at the Meeting room Voimala on the second floor of the library. You can bring your own laptop, tablet or smartphone.

Lumon kirjasto tarjoaa tietotekniikan perusopastusta omalla, tai kirjastosta lainattavalla laitteella. Opastukseen voit varata ajan esimerkiksi soittamalla kirjaston asiakaspalveluun tai kysymällä heti vapaata aikaa henkilökunnalta. Opastuksen kesto on 45 minuuttia ja se on maksutonta.

Opastusta on saatavilla 2.10.-24.11.2023 ma-pe klo 9-15.

Koululaisten keskiviikkokerhossa tehdään kaikenlaisia kivoja juttuja kuten askarrellaan, pelaillaan lautapelejä, piirrellään sarjakuvia, lueskellaan yms. Lapset voivat itsekin ehdottaa tekemistä.

Kerho pidetään aina keskiviikkoisin klo 13-15, jolloin paikalla on kirjaston työntekijä ohjaamassa aktiviteetteja. Kerhoon ei tarvitse ilmoittautua erikseen.

Tarvitsetko apua uuden laitteen hankintaan? Kiinnostaako sosiaalinen media? Haluatko vinkkejä älypuhelimesi käyttöön? Kaupungin omat Pilviagentit opastavat laitteiden ja sähköisten palveluiden käytössä keskiviikkoisin 16.8.–13.12.2023 klo 13-15.

Tunnin henkilökohtaiseen opastukseen ilmoittaudutaan etukäteen (elokuusta alkaen) joko puhelimitse numerosta 043 8248 307 tai käymällä kirjastossa. Opastusajat ovat klo 13–14 ja 14–15.

Opastukset pidetään aikuistenosastolla toisessa kerroksessa kokoushuone Voimalassa. Oman kannettavan tietokoneen, tabletin tai älypuhelimen voi ottaa mukaan.

Opastuskielet ovat suomi ja englanti. Opastus on maksutonta.

Vantaan liikunnan palvelualueen järjestämä, senioreille ja erityisryhmille suunnattu tuolijumppa järjestetään Tikkurilan kirjaston musiikkiosastolla keskiviikkoisin 6.9.-13.12.2023 klo 14.00-14.40 (itsenäisyyspäivänä 6.12. ei ole jumppaa). Maksimiosallistujamäärä 12 henkilöä.

Tervetuloa Teatteri ILMI Ö:n senioreille suunnattuihin TaideLiikutus-yhteisöteatteriryhmiin!

Yhteisöteatteriryhmissä käsitellään osallistujien kiinnostuksen kohteita erilaisten teatteri-, liike- ja musiikkiharjoitteiden kautta. Tavoitteena on toimia mukavassa ja rennossa ryhmässä, saada kokemusta teatterista ja esiintymisestä, mahdollistaa ystävyyssuhteiden kehitystä ryhmien sisällä sekä luoda vuorovaikutusta myös ryhmien välillä. Jokainen voi osallistua haluamallaan tavalla – ennakko-osaamista teatterista ei tarvita.

Yhteisöteatteriryhmät kokoontuvat Suomenlinnan kirjastossa keskiviikkoisin 25.10. 2023- 14.2.2024 klo 11.00-12.30. Ohjaajana toimii Sofia Koski.

Haluaisitko apua ja neuvoja tietokoneen, internetin tai sähköpostin peruskäyttöön?

Enter ry:n maksutonta tietotekniikkaopastuksia on tarjolla Vuosaaren kirjastossa syys- ja kevätkaudella. Syksyllä 2023 opastusta tarjotaan ajanvarauksella tiistaisin, keskiviikkoisin ja torstaisin klo 10-12 ajalla 5.9.2023 - 13.12.2023.

Opastus tapahtuu asiakkaan omalla kannettavalla tietokoneella, mobiililaitteella tai kirjaston asiakaskoneella. Opastuksissa käydään läpi tietokoneen käytön ja internetin palveluiden perusteita. Opastus kestää yhden tunnin. Opastusaika varataan etukäteen joko puhelimitse numerossa 09 31085098 tai paikan päällä kirjastossa. Asiakkaalla voi olla opastukseen vain yksi varaus kerrallaan.
