Tarjoamme apua aikuisille, jotka opiskelevat suomen kieltä. Autamme suomen kielen kotitehtävissä. Apua saa myös suomenkielisten asiakirjojen ymmärtämiseen tai muihin arjen kielikysymyksiin.

Tarjoamme apua englanniksi, venäjäksi, arabiaksi, ja kurdiksi.

Tervetuloa pienten satuhetkeen pe 13.10. klo 12! Satuhetki on tarkoitettu 1-2-vuotiaille lapsille, jotka osallistuvat oman aikuisen kanssa. Satuhetki sopii hyvin kaiken kielisille perheille. Kirjana on Pommo ja lintu. Vapaa pääsy. Ei ennakkoilmoittautumista.

Satuhetki pidetään Avoimen päiväkodin tiloissa (Avoin kohtaamispaikka, Suunnistajankuja 2, 01280 VANTAA) ja sen ohessa on mahdollista jäädä leikkimään sisätiloihin tai käydä Länsimäen kirjastossa, jossa on kiva kuvakirjahuone, jossa lapsi voi viettää aikaa oman aikuisten kanssa. Avoin päiväkoti ja Länsimäen kirjasto sijaitsevat samassa rakennuksessa vierekkäin.

Tervetuloa perheen pienimmät ja huoltajat!

Yhteinen tuokio kestää noin 30 minuuttia, ja niiden aikana leikitään, lorutellaan ja lauletaan yhdessä. Tapahtuman kielenä suomi. Vauvat ja taaperot pääsevät harjoittelemaan niin sosiaalisia kuin kielellisiä taitoja, kuuntelemaan oman aikuisen ääntä sekä miettimään mistä omat varpaat oikein löytyvätkään?

Tuokiot järjestetään kirjaston lastenosaston Lasikulmassa klo 10.30 joka toinen perjantai:

Meiltä löytyy mukava alusta koko porukalle, mutta lapselle voi ottaa mukaan myös oman peiton köllöttelyä varten.

Perjantaisin klo 10-11 Akseli-salissa ( EI 22.9.)

Jooga on kokonaisvaltainen käsitys ihmisen hyvinvoinnista ja tarjoaa paljon helppoja harjoituksia terveyden ja tasapainon ylläpitämiseen ja kehittämiseen.

Seniorijoogaa ohjaa kokenut Markku Sosimäki eli Dada Rasatmakananda. Hän on toiminut jooganopettajana ympäri maailman jo 40 vuoden ajan.

Tarvitset vain tavalliset mukavat vaatteet ja alustan lattialla olemista varten. Alustaksi kelpaa joogamatto, makuualusta tai mikä tahansa viltti.

Pienten aamut 1-3-vuotiaille


Tervetuloa touhuamaan kirjastoon! Pienten aamut on 2-3-vuotiaille ja heidän vanhemmilleen suunnattu tapahtumasarja, jossa touhutaan yhdessä. Syksyllä järjestetään neljä aamua, joissa kokeillaan erilaisia touhuja taaperoiden kanssa. Pienten aamut pidetään kerran kuussa perjantaisin klo 10, tuokio kestää noin 20-30min.

8.9. Muovaillaan (ennakkoilmoittautuminen) PERUTTU

HUOM! Ensimmäinen kerta joudutaan perumaan. Muut kerrat ovat toistaiseksi voimassa, mutta tarkista ajankohtainen tieto etukäteen Helmet-sivulta tai kirjastosta. Maunulan kirjastossa järjestetään myös Pienten aamuja syksyllä, kurkkaa tapahtuma-ajat täältä: helmet.fi/pientenaamut

Muovailuvahan kanssa on kiva puuhailla. Muovailuvahaa voi muovailla käsin tai käyttää apuna erilaisia muotteja ja työkaluja. Millaisia jälkiä muovailuvahaan jää?

HUOM! käytämme muovailuvahaa, joka sisältää vehnää. Tuotteen käsuositus 2+.

13.10. Lorutellaan

Tutustutaan yhdessä lorutteluun. Tapahtumasta voi lainata lorukirjoja kotiin.

10.11. Taidetuokio (ennakkoilmoittautuminen)

Tällä kerralla tehdään taidetta. Pääsette kokeilemaan erilaisia välineitä. Valmiin työn saa viedä kotiin.

HUOM! käytämme sormivärejä, jotka voivat sotkea. Molempien vaatetus kannattaa valita sen mukaan, että maalia saattaa roiskua. Tuotteen ikäsuositus 2+.
