Voit halutessasi tuoda mukanasi lehdistä leikattuja tai itse piirtämiäsi kuvia, joista haluat tehdä tarroja, mutta voit myös hyödyntää poistokirjoja, joita askartelun yhteydessä käytetään tai piirtää askartelun aikana omia kuvia.

Vierailun aikana Käpykolon väkeä -kirjan tekijät kuvataiteilija Zagros Manuchar ja kirjailija Leena Parkkinen esittelevät kirjaa ja kirjan maailmaa ja kirjassa esiintyviä hahmoja sekä opastavat lapsia ja lapsenmielisiä miniatyyriesineiden tekoon. Työpajassa tehdään mm. minikirjoja ja korvakoruja. Tarvikkeina käytetään esimerkiksi itsekovettuvaa savea, kartonkia ja kahvinpuruja.

Työpaja sopii kaikenikäisille lapsille ja aikuisillekin. Työpajan kielet ovat suomi, englanti ja kurdi.

Lumon lukukoira Hapolle pääset lukemaan kaksi kertaa kuussa keskiviikkoisin klo 17.00–18.00. Keväällä 2024 lukukoira on tavattavissa 17.1., 31.1., 14.2., 28.2., 13.3., 27.3., 10.4. ja 24.4.

Lukuhetken kesto on max. 15 minuuttia. Voit lukea koiralle mukaan ottamaasi kirjaa tai valita mieleisesi kirjaston kirjoista. Lukukoiran emäntä on läsnä lukuhetkessä.

Ikäsuositus on 5-vuotiaasta ylöspäin.
