Linuxpy- ohjelmointkurssi on peruttu syksyltä 2023. Kurssi jatkaa keväällä 2024.

Tule ilmaiselle ohjelmointikurssille. Kurssilla opitaan Linux-käyttöjärjestelmän ja Python-ohjelmoinnin perusteet. Tunnit pidetään suomeksi ja englanniksi. Kurssivaatimuksena on vain avoin mieli ja innokkuus oppia!

Come to the free programming classes to learn about the basics of Linux operating system and Python programming. Classes can be held in Finnish and English, at Hakunila library, Vantaa, every Tuesday 5 September 2023 – 5 December 2023.

If you are interested, mail me in linuxpy2022@gmail.com informing briefly about your educational background and motivation to study this course. The only requirement for this course is an open mind with eagerness to learn!

Rentoa pelailua hyvässä seurassa! Pohjois-Haagan kirjaston lautapeli-iltaan ovat tervetulleita sekä vasta-alkajat että harrastajat. Illan isäntä (Jani) valitsee pelin tai pelit etukäteen, mutta pelitoiveita voi lähettää osoitteeseen: jani.keranen@hel.fi. Jani huolehtii myös sääntöjen selittämisestä ja niiden noudattamisesta, ja mielellään pelaa itsekin mukana! Ennakkoon ei siis tarvitse valmistautua mitenkään. Tervetuloa pelaamaan!

29.8. Alhambra - Maailman parhaat arkkitehdit haluavat näyttää taitonsa. Palkkaa taitavimmat rakentajat ja huolehdi, että he saavat palkkansa aina kotimaansa valuutassa. Voita kilpailu kauneimmasta palatsista rakentamalla kaikkein arvokkain Alhambra.

Alhambra sopii mainiosti myös vähemmän pelejä harrastaneille, vaikka siitä löytyy kyllä pureksittavaa enemmänkin strategiapelejä pelanneille.

26.9. Cascadia - leppoisaa laattojenasettelua luontoteemalla. Lähde matkalle Tyynenmeren luoteisosaan ja kilpaile Cascadian harmonisimman ekosysteemin luomisesta! Peli voitti Spiel des Jahres -palkinnon viime vuonna.

24.10. Flash point fire rescue - tässä jännittävässä yhteistyöpelissä olette pelastajia palavassa rakennuksessa. Tuli raivoaa ja leviää, rakennus uhkaa romahtaa ja ihmishenget ovat vaarassa! Ehdittekö pelastaa riittävän ajoissa ihmiset turvaan?

Tervetuloa puhumaan arkielämän suomea Kielikahvila Solmuun!

Kaikille avoin ja maksuton kielikahvila suomen kielen puhumiseen. Kielikahvilaan voi osallistua, jos haluaa oppia puhumaan suomea. Myös aloittelijat ovat tervetulleita.

Kielikahvilaan ei tarvitse ilmoittautua etukäteen. Mukaan voi tulla koska tahansa.

Kielikahvilassa opit puhumaan arkielämän suomen kieltä. Kielikahvilassa pääset puhumaan suomea suomalaisten kanssa.

Paikkana on Kannelmäen kirjaston Lukuliiketila tiistaisin klo 15.30-17.00.

Tule lukemaan lukukoira Hipulle tiistaina 21.11. klo 14-15.35!

Ääneen lukeminen on hyvä tapa harjoitella lukemista. Hippu on kärsivällinen kuuntelija, jonka kanssa lukemista ei tarvitse jännittää. Lukuaika on max. 15 min ja voit varata lukuajan kirjaston asiakaspalvelusta joko paikan päällä tai soittamalla kirjastoon (puh. 043 825 1548). Alle kouluikäisellä lukijalla täytyy olla oma aikuinen mukana.

Tässä vielä ohjeet lukuhetkeä varten:

  • Varaa vuoro tiskistä tai puhelimitse (puh. 043 825 1548).
  • Yksi lukija kerrallaan.
  • Lukukoiran kanssa voi harjoitella ääneen lukemista.
  • Rauhoitutaan lukemiseen - lukukoira on lukukaveri, ei leikkikaveri.
  • Lukukoirat pitävät silityksestä. Kysy kuitenkin ensin omistajalta lupa.
  • Alle kouluikäisillä aikuinen mukaan.

    The Language Café is an open meeting place for anyone interested in different cultures and the Finnish language.

    Your language skills need not be fluent, but we hope that you speak some Finnish. There will be coffee and tea in a safe and friendly environment.

    The event is organized on Tuesdays at 2pm from 5th of Sept until 5th of Dec.

    Kokoonnumme 0. kerroksen Kerhotilassa tiistaisin 5.9.-5.12.2023 klo 14.00-15.30.

    Suomen kielen taitosi ei tarvitse olla sujuvaa mutta toivomme, että osaat jo hiukan suomea ennestään. Tarjoamme kahvia ja teetä. Jännittää ei tarvitse – rohkeasti mukaan ja tuo kaverisikin!
