Mondays at 17.00-18.15 in Tapiola Library, Heikki Room

Welcome to the Espoo City Library Advanced Ukulele Group. We play popular and unknown Finnish and English tunes. We challenge ourselves by learning new chords, melody playing and strumming patterns. Relaxing atmosphere and communality are important values of the group. The library has ukuleles which you can borrow for the lesson. Participation is free of charge and no pre-registration is required.

Maanantaisin klo 17.00-18.15, Tapiolan kirjaston Heikki tapahtumatilassa

Tervetuloa mukaan soittamaan ukulelea iloiseen joukkoomme! Tässä ryhmässä soitetaan rennossa tunnelmassa tuttuja ja tuntemattomiakin suomen- ja englanninkielisiä lauluja. Opettelemme myös mm. melodiansoittoa ja erilaisia komppeja. Rento ote ja yhteisöllisyys ovat ryhmälle tärkeitä asioita. Kirjastolla on ukuleleja, joita voit lainata tunnin ajaksi. Aikaisempi soittotausta on suotavaa. Opetusta saa suomeksi ja englanniksi.

Ryhmä järjestetään joka maanantai välillä 15.1. - 27.5. paitsi ei 1.4.

Osallistuminen on maksutonta.

Suomen kielen keskusteluryhmä Pasilan kirjastossa joka maanantai ja keskiviikko klo 14-16 (8.1.-12.6.2024) sekä e-Ekstra-nettikielikahvila Skypessä torstaisin klo 17-19.

Suomen kielen taitosi ei tarvitse olla sujuvaa mutta toivomme, että osaat jo hiukan ennestään. Vietämme rennosti aikaa yhdessä jutellen. Jännittää ei tarvitse – rohkeasti mukaan! Tuo kaverisikin!

Meillä on tavallisesti useampi tasoryhmä vasta-alkajista enemmän osaaviin.

Would you like to learn Finnish? Let’s Read Together women's group gathers once a week for about two hours. The groups practice reading, writing, listening and talking in Finnish. Teachers of the groups are volunteers.

We meet at Itäkeskus Library in meeting room Kanerva at 10-12 am every Monday. Spring season starts Jan 15th and is in session until May 27th, 2024.

Studying is free of charge. You can start whenever you like. You can take your children with you.

Tule harjoittelemaan suomea mukavassa seurassa! Kielikahvilamme on tarkoitettu kaikille, jotka haluavat oppia tai ylläpitää suomen kielen taitoaan. Myös sinä suomea äidinkielenäsi puhuva olet tervetullut keskustelupiiriin!

Kokoonnumme sunnuntaisin 14.1. alkaen kirjaston kokoushuone Kanervassa pohjakerroksessa klo 15–16.30.

Tervetuloa juttelemaan rennossa ja mukavassa ilmapiirissä! Keskustelupiiriin ei tarvitse ilmoittautua.

We meet at Itäkeskus Library in meeting room Kanerva at 3-4.30pm every Sunday. Spring season starts Jan 14th. No pre-registration. Free of charge. Everyone is welcome!

Если тебе 10-14 лет и ты любишь читать, разговаривать о книгах или о жизни, или просто любишь хорошие истории, тогда добро пожаловать в книжный клуб!

На встрече мы прочитаем короткую историю, а затем поговорим, что в этом тексте кажется важным, с чем хочется поспорить, а что помогает лучше понять себя и других.

В нашем книжном клубе каждый имеет право на своё мнение и свои чувства, вызванные историями. И мы будем рады услышать тебя!

Perjantaisin klo 18

Tervetuloa viettämään perjantaita yhteisen elokuvahetken merkeissä! Sellon kirjaston Jaminurkassa järjestetään joka perjantai klo 18:00 avoin elokuvanäytös lapsille, perheille ja lapsenmielisille. Elokuvat valitaan yhdessä äänestämällä lasten toiveista kirjastossa.

Elokuvat ovat kaikki ikäsuositukseltaan S tai K7. Usein lapset valitsevat K7 elokuvan. Esityskielenä on suomi. Tekstitys valitaan lasten toiveiden mukaan.
