Pääkaupunkiseudun Selkäyhdistyksen tammikuun selkäillassa on fysioterapeutin luento \"liikuntaa lääkkeeksi\". Selkäilta järjestetään keskiviikkona 21.1.2026 klo 17-18.30 Sellon kirjaston Akseli -tilassa. Luennon sisältö: Ihmisen keho tarvitsee liikettä pysyäkseen toimintakykyisenä ja terveenä. Lääkkeet eivät korvaa liikettä mutta monissa tilanteissa liike voi korvata lääkkeitä. Luennolla käymme läpi liikuntalääkkeen hyötyjä, annostelua ja toteutustapoja selän hyvinvoinnin näkökulmasta.
