Tervetuloa uppoutumaan satujen maailmaan!


Vallilan kirjaston satutuokioita pidetään 11.1. alkaen noin joka toinen torstai klo 18.00. Huom! Ei 4.4. eikä 2.5. Satutuokiolle osallistutaan yhdessä oman aikuisen kanssa. Satutuokiot sopivat parhaiten yli 3-vuotiaille, mutta nuoremmatkin voivat toki käydä kokeilemassa. Satuhetken pituus on noin 30 minuuttia.

Päiväkotiryhmät voivat tiedustella aamusatutuntiaikoja kirjastolta.

New Ukulele class for beginners starts in Iso Omena Library. Class is for adults and youth 12 years or older. No previous musical experience required. Käytössä on PlayStation 5 ja valikoima konsolipelejä. Pelituokioon tarvitsee oman, voimassa olevan kirjastokortin, jota vastaan ohjain lainataan. Pelaamaan pääsee enintään 4 pelaajaa samaan aikaan, peliaikaa on 30 minuuttia. Pelattavat pelit ovat ikärajoiltaan PEGI 3 ja PEGI 7. Vuoroa odotellessasi voit pelata vaikka lauta -tai korttipelejä.

Kallion kielikahvila on suomen kielen keskustelupiiri joka torstai klo 17-18 kirjaston ryhmätila Otsossa. Kirjaston osoite on Viides linja 11, 00530 Helsinki.

Suomen kielen taitosi ei tarvitse olla sujuvaa, mutta toivomme, että osaat jo hiukan ennestään. Vietämme rennosti aikaa yhdessä jutellen, joten jännittää ei tarvitse.

Ison Omenan kirjastossa torstaisin klo 17.00-18.00

Paljon toivotut ukulelen alkeet alkavat Ison Omenan kirjastossa! Kurssi on suunnattu aikuisille ja nuorille 12 vuodesta ylöspäin. Tunneilla käymme läpi soittamisen perusteet. Tähän kuuluu soittoasento, soinnut ja komppaaminen. Tunneilla soitamme suomen- ja englanninkielisiä lauluja. Ryhmässä rentous, välitön tunnelma ja yhteisöllisyys ovat tärkeitä asioita. Aikaisempaa musiikillista osaamista tai taustaa ei vaadita. Kirjastolla on lainasoittimia tunnin ajaksi. Tule mukaan!

Myllypuron ja Kontulan kirjastoissa päivystää digitalkkari joka arkipäivä!

Digitalkkarilta voit kysyä neuvoa pienessä tai isossa digi- ja tietotekniikkaongelmassa.
Voit tuoda mukanasi oman läppärisi tai kännykkäsi, jos tarvitset neuvoja niiden käyttöön.

Digitalkkarin vastaanotto toimii jonotusperiaatteella, eli hänelle ei voi varata aikaa etukäteen.

Myllypurossa palvelupiste on isossa lukusalissa, asiakastietokoneita vastapäätä.
Kontulassa digitalkkarin pöytä on lukusalin ovien ääressä.

Läksykerhossa on ohjaaja, joka auttaa lapsia läksyjen teossa sekä tukee suomen kielen vahvistumista. Suomen kieltä vahvistetaan muun muassa keskustelemalla ja yhdessä lukemalla. Kerhon aikana on tarjolla välipalaa.

Alla barn i grundskoleåldern är välkomna att gå med i klubben. Klubben träffas två gånger i veckan, på tisdagar och torsdagar från 14:00 till 15:00 på Entresse Library i Esbo centrum. Den exakta platsen är Blå rummet och, under några exceptionella dagar, Sensoriska rummet.

Det finns en instruktör som hjälper barnen med deras läxor och stöder dem i att stärka sina finska språkkunskaper. Det finska språket förstärks genom diskussioner och gemensam läsning. Mellanmål serveras under klubben.

All children of primary school age are welcome to join the club. The club meets twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 14:00 to 15:00 at Entresse Library in Espoo city centre. The exact location is the Blue Room and, on a few exceptional days, the Sensory Room.

There is an instructor who helps the children with their homework and supports them in strengthening their Finnish language skills. The Finnish language is reinforced through discussions and reading together. Snacks are served during the club.
