Tervetuloa tutustumaan runonäyttelyyn 16.1.-4.2. kirjaston aukioloaikoina.

Näyttely sisältää paikallisten tekstejä vuodenkierrosta.

Näyttelyn runot on valikoitu Teatteri Tuikkeen ja Suomalaisen barokkiorkesterin (FiBO) Luovan kirjoittamisen työpajoissa syntyneistä runoista sekä vuoden 2023 aikana lähetetyistä runoista.

Työpajat ovat olleet osa Teatteri Tuikkeen yleisötyön projektia sekä Suomalaisen barokkiorkesterin (FiBO) Koillisen versoja -aluehankkeen toimintaa. Runonäyttely nähdään kaikissa Koillisen kirjastoissa.

Näyttelyn ovat kuratoineet Juhana Salminen ja Marjaana Veikkanen.

We meet at Itäkeskus Library in meeting room Kanerva at 6-7.30pm every Tuesday. Spring season starts Jan 9th. No pre-registration. Free of charge.

Neulontaklinikat Oodissa tiistaisin ja keskiviikkoisin 10.1.2024 alkaen

Tervetuloa neulomaan tai virkkaamaan yhdessä Kädentaitomartat ry:n ohjaajien kanssa! Voit opetella neulomisen alkeita tai taidokkaan neuleen yksityiskohtia. Opit ehkä uusia tapoja tehdä sukan kantapään, lapasen peukalon tai resorin ja voit kysyä neuvoa neuleohjeen pulmiin tai ohjeiden sovittamiseen omille mitoille. Martat opettavat myös parsimista, voit ottaa mukaan reikiintyneet villasukkasi tai muun korjausta kaipaavan villa-asusteen.

Neulontaklinikka kokoontuu kirjaston toisessa kerroksessa Kuutio-tilan edustalla parillisten viikkojen keskiviikkoina klo 14-16, ja parittomien viikkojen tiistaina klo 17.30-19.30.

Neulontaklinikat ovat maksuttomia ja avoimia kaikille neulomisesta kiinnostuneille, tervetuloa mukaan!

Uusi lukupiiri aloittaa!

Ekohyllyn lukupiirissä luetaan tarinoita luonnosta, muutoksesta ja toivosta.

Lukupiiri kokoontuu keväällä 2024 Viikin kirjaston Elopelto-tilassa kerran kuukaudessa tiistaisin klo 17.30–19.

Helsingin kaupunginkirjaston ekohyllyt kokoavat yhteen tietoa ja tarinoita ympäristön muutoksista. Ekohyllyn lukupiirissä keskustelmme kirjoista, joissa luonto tulee lähelle ja toisenlaiset tulevaisuudet ovat mahdollisia.

Lukupiiri on kaikille avoin, ja mukaan voi hypätä missä vaiheessa vain. Lämpimästi tervetuloa!

Pieni runonäyttely sisältää paikallisten tekstejä vuodenkierrosta. Näyttely on nähtävissä kirjaston aukioloaikoina 16.1.-4.2.2024.

Näyttelyn runot on valikoitu Teatteri Tuikkeen ja Suomalaisen barokkiorkesterin (FiBO) Luovan kirjoittamisen työpajoissa syntyneistä runoista sekä vuoden 2023 aikana lähetetyistä runoista.

Työpajat ovat olleet osa Teatteri Tuikkeen yleisötyön projektia sekä Suomalaisen barokkiorkesterin (FiBO) Koillisen versoja -aluehankkeen toimintaa. Runonäyttely nähdään kaikissa Koillisen kirjastoissa.

Näyttelyn ovat kuratoineet Juhana Salminen ja Marjaana Veikkanen.

Tervetuloa askartelemaan Jätkäsaaren kirjastoon kerran kuussa tiistaina klo 16.30-18! Järjestämme yhteistyössä MLL Ruoholahden-Jätkäsaaren paikallisyhdistyksen kanssa askartelutuokion lapsille ja nuorille. Askartelun lisäksi on tarjolla on myös pientä naposteltavaa. Iltasatutuokio klo 17.30.
