Vantaan kaupunginkirjaston keväällä 2023 järjestämässä kyselyssä eniten ääniä saaneet kirjailijat saapuvat vierailulle Hakunilan, Koivukylän, Lumon, Länsimäen, Martinlaakson, Mosaiikin, Myyrmäen, Pointin ja Tikkurilan kirjastoihin. Avomielin-verkko koostuu pääkaupunkiseudulla toimivista mielenterveysyhdistyksistä. Esittelemme Oodissa yhdistysten toimintaa ja toivotamme kaikki lämpimästi tervetulleeksi mukaan!

Avomielin on pääkaupunkiseudulla toimivien mielenterveysyhdistysten yhteistyötä. Jokaisella yhdistyksellä on yksi tai useampi matalan kynnyksen kohtaamispaikka ja ohjelmassa on monenlaista kaikille avointa mielenterveyttä tukevaa toimintaa ja vertaistukea.

Mukana yhteistyössä ovat Espoon mielenterveysyhdistys EMY ry, Tukiyhdistys Karvinen ry, Tukiyhdistys Majakka ry, Vantaan mielenterveysyhdistys Hyvät Tuulet ry, Mielenterveysyhdistys HELMI ry, Kirkkonummenseudun mielenterveysyhdistys KISU ry ja Psykosociala föreningen Sympati rf. ja Taiteen Sulattamo ry.

Yhteistyössä järjestämme koulutusta ja virkistystä yhdistysten luottamushenkilöille ja työntekijöille. Yhdistystemme toimintaan osallistujille järjestämme leikkimielisiä turnauksia muun muassa keilauksessa, biljardissa, onginnassa ja mölkyssä. Teemme yhteisiä retkiä sekä järjestämme yhteisiä tapahtumia ja hauskoja iltamia. Yhteinen leirikin on suunnitteilla. Discord-alustalla ylläpidämme yhdessä virtuaalista kohtaamispaikkaa, Avomielin-verkkoa.

Tervetuloa Raine Raition vetämään tietokirjalukupiiriin maanantaina 25.9., 30.10., 27.11. ja 18.12. klo 17.00-18.30. Lukupiiri kokoontuu Kerhotilassa (0. krs).

Raine Raitio on helsinkiläinen tietokirjailija, runoilija ja tietoa keräilevä bibliofiili, jonka tuotantoon kuuluu yli kolmekymmentä teosta ja satoja lehtiartikkeleita.

Lukupiirin tämän syksyn teemana on totta vai tarua.
