Tervetuloa Vantaan Jazzyhdistyksen lukupiiriin! Lukupiiri kokoontuu Tikkurilan kirjaston kokoushuone Voimalassa kerran kuussa torstaisin. Vuoden 2023 kokoontumiskerrat ovat 19.1., 16.2., 16.3., 13.4., 11.5., 21.9., 19.10., 16.11. ja 14.12.2023 klo 16.00-18.00.

Lukupiirissä keskustellaan lukupiiriläisten lukemasta kirjallisuudesta. Jokainen osallistuja voi kertoa kokemuksiaan lähiaikoina lukemistaan kirjoista.

Mikä Vantaan Jazzyhdistys?

Vantaan Jazzyhdistys on reilut 20 vuotta toiminut kulttuuriyhdistys. Tärkein tehtävämme on järjestää kerran kuussa jazzkonsertti kulttuuritehdas Vernissassa. Lisäksi järjestämme lukupiirin sekä teatteri- ja kulttuuriretkiä säännöllisesti.

Ohjaamo Helsinki tarjoaa 15–29-vuotiaille nuorille maksutonta neuvontaa ja ohjausta. Ohjaamoon voi tulla ilman ajanvarausta. Apua arjen pulmiin saa myös puhelimitse, sähköpostitse, verkkolomakkeella ja chatissa. Neuvoa saa työhön, opiskeluun, talouteen, asumiseen ja hyvinvointiin liittyen. Ohjaamossa järjestetään myös ryhmiä ja tapahtumia.

Itäkeskuksen Ohjaamossa voit saada koulutusneuvontaa, talous- ja velkaneuvontaa ja apua työnhakuun. Ohjaamo Helsinki on Helsingin kaupungin maksuton palvelu nuorille.

kello 17.45–18.30 Sellon kirjaston Jaminurkassa

Tervetuloa mukaan Espoon kaupunginkirjaston tarjoamaan 7–12-vuotiaiden ukuleleryhmään. Tunneilla on tarkoitus tutustua musiikkiin monipuolisesti. Harjoittelemme sointujen, sekä melodian soittamista kappaleiden avulla. Lisäksi teemme musiikin hahmottamista ja ryhmäytymistä tukevia harjoituksia leikkimällä ja piirtämällä. Opetus on oppilaslähtöistä. Kirjastolla on runsaasti ukuleleja, joita voi lainata tunnin ajaksi.

Welcome to the Espoo City Library Ukulele Group 7- to 12-year-old. In the Ukulele Group we learn basic of the music theory and playing an ukulele. We practice how to play melody and harmony with well-known songs. Teaching is student-centered. The Library has ukuleles that can be borrowed for the lesson.

Lumon kirjasto tarjoaa tietotekniikan perusopastusta omalla, tai kirjastosta lainattavalla laitteella. Opastukseen voit varata ajan esimerkiksi soittamalla kirjaston asiakaspalveluun tai kysymällä heti vapaata aikaa henkilökunnalta. Opastuksen kesto on 45 minuuttia ja se on maksutonta.

Opastusta on saatavilla 2.10.-24.11.2023 ma-pe klo 9-15.

Syyslomaviikolla torstaina 19.10. klo 13-15 Länsimäen kirjastossa tutustutaan bändisoittoon ja laulamiseen Musiikkikoulu Demon osaavien opettajien johdolla. Musapaja on tarkoitettu 1.-6.-luokkalaisille koululaisille. Tiedossa on rentoa musisoimista, erilaisia harjoitteita ja kehorytmejä. Ennakkotaitoja ei tarvita. Opettajat tuovat soittimet mukanaan, ota sinä itsellesi pientä syötävää ja vesipullo mukaan evästaukoa varten.

Tule kysymään tietotekniikasta! Enter ry:n vapaaehtoiset vertaisopastajat tarjoavat senioreille maksutonta apua tietokoneiden, tablettien ja kännyköiden käytössä. Opastus on maksutonta.

Kaikille avoimet iltapäivien opastustuokiot pidetään Martinlaakson kirjastossa kahdesti kuussa torstaisin klo 13:00-15:00, ilman ajanvarausta.

Suomen Pakolaisavun Kurvi-toiminto tarjoaa apua Suomeen muuttaneille ihmisille. Voit pyytää apua maahanmuuton eri vaiheista sekä maahanmuuton eri kysymyksissä esimerkiksi oleskeluluvat, perheenyhdistäminen, passit ja kansalaisuuden hakeminen. Voit myös pyytää apua Suomessa oleville perheenjäsenellesi tai ystävällesi.
