Koodarit harrasteryhmässä opetellaan ohjelmoinnin peruslogiikkaa koodiblokkeja hyödyntämällä. Taitojen kehittyessä ja ryhmän edetessä koodaamme omia pelejä ja yksinkertaisia ohjelmia, sekä siirrymme käyttämään oikeita ohjelmointikieliä.

Lumon kirjasto tarjoaa tietotekniikan perusopastusta omalla, tai kirjastosta lainattavalla laitteella. Opastukseen voit varata ajan esimerkiksi soittamalla kirjaston asiakaspalveluun tai kysymällä heti vapaata aikaa henkilökunnalta. Opastuksen kesto on 45 minuuttia ja se on maksutonta.

Opastusta on saatavilla 2.10.-24.11.2023 ma-pe klo 9-15.

Ideoi, äänestä ja vaikuta. Vantaan osallistuvassa budjetoinnissa asukkaat päättävät kaupungin rahojen käytöstä. Budjetti 1,2 miljoonaa euroa jakaantuu Vantaan 7 suuralueelle asukasluvun mukaan.

Länsimäen kirjaston Pop up -neuvonnassa pääset tutustumaan osallistuvaan budjetointiin ja antamaan ideasi. Miten sinä kehittäisit kaupunkia ja asuinaluettasi?

Hakunilan suuralueeseen kuuluvat Hakunila, Länsisalmi, Itä-Hakkila, Kuninkaanmäki, Länsimäki, Ojanko, Rajakylä, Sotunki ja Vaarala. Osallistuvassa budjetoinnissa käytössä on 155 000 € Hakunilassa.

Töölön kirjaston 2. kerroksessa on maanantaisin klo 11.00 - 13.00 tarjolla Enter ry:n vapaaehtoisten tietotekniikkaopastuksia senioreille. Opastus tapahtuu asiakkaan omalla kannettavalla tietokoneella, tabletilla tai kännykällä. Opastuksissa käydään läpi laitteen käytön ja internetin palveluiden perusteita.

Ota laitteesi ja tarvittavat tunnukset sekä salasanat mukaan, niin enteriläiset auttavat sinua.
Ei ajanvarausta, kävijöitä opastetaan saapumisjärjestyksessä.

Etsivä Kaino Hurmeen sihteeri on löytynyt aamuvarhain kuolleena etsivän toimistolta. Etsivä syyttää kilpakumppaneitaan kauhuteosta, mutta mikä onkaan koko totuus? Kerää kokoon etsiväporukka ja tule ratkomaan Kaino Hurmeen etsivätoimistolla tapahtunutta murhaa Kallion kirjaston järjestämässä dekkarihenkisessä pakopelissä sunnuntaina 19.11.!

Pakohuonepeli on maksuton ja tarkoitettu 13–20-vuotiaille osana Kallio kipinöi -kaupunginosafestivaalia. Peliä peluutetaan viisi kertaa päivän aikana ja yhteen peliin mahtuu neljä pelaajaa. Pelin alustus ja kesto ovat yhteensä noin 45 minuuttia. Pelin kieli on suomi.

Peli tapahtuu Kallion kirjaston Dekkarikirjasto-tilassa, johon ei valitettavasti ole esteetöntä kulkua.

Mitä nuoret lukevat ja mitkä kirjat ovat suosituimpia? Tervetuloa tapaamiseen 19. marraskuuta klo 15.30 Sellon kirjastoon (Akseli-sali).

Tapaamisessa keskustelemme:

- nykyaikaisesta nuortenkirjallisuudesta

- kirjojen valintastrategiasta

- teemme katsauksen uutuuskirjoihin

- keskustelemme vaikeista aiheista kertovista kirjoista ja siitä, miten löytää oma kirjallinen tarina.

Tapaamisen vetäjä on lasten ja aikuisten kirjakerhon johtaja Olga Shcheglova.

Tapahtuma kuuluu Venäjänkielisen kirjaston kulttuurimaratonin ohjelmaan. Kulttuurimaraton pidetään 13.-26.11.2023. Projekti on Suomen Opetus- ja kulttuuriministeriön rahoittama ja sen iskulause on \"Kulttuuri yhdistää ihmiset\".

- поговорим о современной литературе для подростков

- поговорим о стратегии выбора книг

- обсудим книги на неудобные темы и то, как найти свою книжную историю
