Tikkurilan kirjastossa järjestetään syksyllä 2023 sarja runopajoja, joissa on jokaisella kerralla eri teema ja joihin voi osallistua kiinnostuksen mukaan ilman ennakkoilmoittautumista. Tilaan mahtuu n. 12 henkilöä.

Kirjoituspajoja ohjaa luovaa kirjoittamista opiskellut Laila Bröcker.

Kaikki pajat, eli 21.9., 19.10., 16.11., 23.11. järjestetään Tikkurilan kirjaston 2. kerroksessa olevassa Voimalassa klo 18.00 – 19.45. Pajojen sisällöistä ilmoitetaan tarkemmin lähempänä ajankohtaa. Seuraavien pajojen sisällöt ovat jo varmistuneet:

21.9. Haiku- ja Tankapaja

Tervetuloa mukaan kirjoittamaa haikuja ja tankoja!

Tankat ja haikut ovat japanilaisia lyhyitä, määrämittaisia runoja, jotka kertovat usein luonnosta, vuodenajoista, tunteista, hetkistä tai elämänfilosofiasta.

Parin tunnin aikana kirjoitamme, luemme, keskustelemme ja kannustamme toisiamme runojen maailmaan. Aikaisempaa kokemusta ei tarvita, tärkeintä on halu kokeilla runojen kirjoittamista.

19.10. Yhteisöllinen runopaja

Tervetuloa yhteisölliseen runopajaan!

Tässä runopajassa kirjoitamme runoja pareittain ja ryhmässä. Yhdessä kirjoittaminen tarjoaa ainutlaatuisen tilaisuuden jakaa ideoita ja näkökulmia muiden kanssa, mikä voi johtaa uusiin ja mielenkiintoisiin suuntiin kirjoittamisessa.

Aikaisempaa kokemusta ei tarvita, tärkeintä on halu kokeilla runojen kirjoittamista yhdessä.

Tervetuloa Itäkeskuksen kirjaston Selkokirja-lukupiiriin!

Selkokirja-lukupiirissä kehität suomen kielen sekä lukemisen taitoasi rennossa ilmapiirissä. Samalla tutustut Suomen kirjallisuuteen, kulttuuriin ja historiaan. Lukupiiri on tarkoitettu A2.1 -kielitaitotason hallitseville tai harjaantuneemmillekin suomen lukijoille.

Nylund-Wallenius Duo esittää eri maista ja aikakausilta peräisin olevaa musiikkia kitaroille sovitettuna.

Tyylisuuntina ovat muun muassa argentiinalainen milonga ja tango, brasilialainen choro, baiou, frevo, samba ja bossanova. Mukana on myös tangoja Suomesta ja Etelä-Euroopasta sekä balladeja.

Pekka Nylund tunnetaan muun muassa monista jazz-, rock- ja etnomusiikkia esittävistä yhtyeistä, kuten Piirpauke, Jukka Gustavson Organ Fusion Band, Wigwam Revisited, Nefes ja Groovy Eldorado.
Matti Wallenius on soittanut muun muassa Wimme-yhtyeessä, vieraillut useilla Rinneradion levyillä ja julkaissut musiikkiaan Tunto-yhtyeellään. Lisäksi hän on säveltänyt musiikkia näytelmiin ja tanssiteoksiin.

Tarvitsetko apua koulutehtävissä?

LäksyHelpissä Punaisen Ristin vapaaehtoiset ohjaajat auttavat lapsia, nuoria ja aikuisia läksyjen teossa. Toiminta on tarkoitettu peruskoulun ja toisen asteen oppilaille. Toiminta on maksutonta ja kaikille avointa. Tervetuloa!

LäksyHelppi on torstaisin Keskustakirjasto Oodissa. Syksyn ensimmäinen Läksyhelppi 17.8. järjestetään poikkeuksellisesti 3.krs lastenalueen yläparvella.

Luemme Alexander Dumasin kirjan Kamelianainen vuodelta 1848. Kirjasta on tehty näytelmiä, filmejä ja Giuseppe Verdi oopperan La Traviata. Se nähdään seuraavan kerran Suomessa maaliskuussa 2024 Tampereen Oopperan tuotantona.

Vuorossa Abbe Prevostin (jesuiittamunkki) autofiktio Manon Lescaut vuodelta 1731. Kirja meinasi jäädä sensuurin hampaisiin, tarina on intohimoromaanien esikuva, nuori aatelismies jää huikentelevaisen naisen pauloihin ja menettää moraalinsa ja itsekunnioituksensa. Kirjasta on sävelletty peräti kaksi oopperaa Jules Massenet 1884 ja Giacomo Puccini 1893. Molemmat mestariteoksia. (Dumasin Kamelianaisessa viitataan useampaan otteeseen Manon Lescautiin)

Juhani Ahon Juha vuodelta 1911. Aarre Merikanto sävelsi oopperan 1922 mutta se sai kantaesityksensä vasta 1963. Leevi Madetoja sävelsi myös oopperan samaan Aino Ackten tekemään librettoon. Elämään on jäänyt Merikannon ooppera.

14.12. klo 17-18:30
Aleksander Pushkinin Patarouva vuodelta 1834. Pjotr Tsaikovskin ooppera Patarouva kantaesitettiin Pietarissa 1890. Säveltäjä oli luovassa vimmassa ja ooppera valmistui 2 kuukaudessa Firenzessä. Veli Modest teki libreton ja siinä painotetaan rakkaussuhdetta kun taas Pushkin keskittyy uhkapeliin.

We have a Finnish discussion group in Kallio Library. The meetings are every Thursday at 5 pm.
Come and have a cup of coffee or tea and chat a little in Finnish.

It’s OK if you know only little Finnish. Our goal is to have a nice time and maybe even learn a bit on the way.

Suomen kielen taitosi ei tarvitse olla sujuvaa, mutta toivomme, että osaat jo hiukan ennestään. Vietämme rennosti aikaa yhdessä jutellen, joten jännittää ei tarvitse.

Käytössä on PlayStation 5 ja valikoima konsolipelejä. Pelituokioon tarvitsee oman, voimassa olevan kirjastokortin, jota vastaan ohjain lainataan. Pelaamaan pääsee enintään 4 pelaajaa samaan aikaan, peliaikaa on 30 minuuttia. Pelattavat pelit ovat ikärajoiltaan PEGI 3 ja PEGI 7. Vuoroa odotellessasi voit pelata vaikka lauta -tai korttipelejä.
