Welcome to a moment of stillness devoted entirely to you. This ninety-minute session weaves together calming yoga, gentle breathwork, and a deeply relaxing singing bowl journey.

The class begins with gentle yoga practices that invite the body to open and the nervous system to settle into a state of deep rest. From there, you’ll transition into a sound journey, where the resonant tones of the singing bowls soothe you as your body and mind ease into relaxation.

The library has a few yoga mats available for you to borrow during the event. You’re also welcome to bring your own yoga mat, and it’s recommended that you bring a scarf or blanket for the singing bowl relaxation.
