* Robottitanssituokiossa heittäydymme robottien maailmaan, kokeilemme omilla kehoillamme, miten robotit voisivat liikkua ja luomme robottitanssin. Tuokio sisältää ohjattua liikkumista, ja lapset pääsevät kehittelemään omia tanssiliikkeitään roboteiksi muuntautuneina. Tuokion ohjaa tanssija ja teatteri-ilmaisun ohjaaja Iina Ahola. Suositusikä 5–10 vuotta, omat tossut tai liukuestesukat mukaan.

Tervetuloa tutustumaan runonäyttelyyn 13.11.-2.12. kirjaston aukioloaikoina.

Näyttely sisältää paikallisten tekstejä vuodenkierrosta.

Näyttelyn runot on valikoitu Teatteri Tuikkeen ja Suomalaisen barokkiorkesterin (FiBO) Luovan kirjoittamisen työpajoissa syntyneistä runoista sekä vuoden 2023 aikana lähetetyistä runoista.

Työpajat ovat olleet osa Teatteri Tuikkeen yleisötyön projektia sekä Suomalaisen barokkiorkesterin (FiBO) Koillisen versoja -aluehankkeen toimintaa. Runonäyttely nähdään kaikissa Koillisen kirjastoissa.

Näyttelyn ovat kuratoineet Juhana Salminen ja Marjaana Veikkanen.

Kaipaatko aikaa keskittyä kirjan lukemiseen?

Järjestämme kirjaston sulkemisajan jälkeen lukurauhan tyyssijaksi. Pääset vetäytymään mieluisan kirjan pariin. Kirjasto tarjoaa teetä ja pientä syötävää, sekä mukavia lukupaikkoja ja kaivatessasi lukuvinkkejä.

Lukuretriitti järjestetään myös Tapulikaupungin kirjastossa 17.11. klo 17-19, Viikin kirjastossa 17.11. klo 20-23, Suutarilan kirjastossa 24.11. klo 17-20 sekä Puistolan kirjastossa 8.12. klo 17-19.

The Middle Eastern Ensemble brings an impressive musical firework of melodies and rhythms with an Ensemble

With energetic and danceable, yet touching and melancholic tunes, the program consists of Middle Eastern classical and folk music such as Arabic, Persian, Turkish and Kurdish music from different parts of Middle East for example Egypt, Syria, Turkey and Iraq.

The soundscape of the Orchestra is coloured by Arabic instruments such as oud, tabla, riq, qanoun and saz together with Western instruments like violin and viola, cello, trumpet, clarinet and piano.
The artistic director is Oud player Ali Haitham from Iraq.

Duration approx. 1 h, no intermission.

Klo 12–15 Joulun minikranssi: Kuivakukkia ja kimallusta! (Malmitalon kokoushuone 3)
Tervetuloa loihtimaan lumoavia joulukoristeita yhdessä koko perheen kanssa! Askartele kimaltelevia minikransseja, joita voit koristella kuivakukilla, koristenauhoilla tai suloisilla helmillä. Pienen joulukoristeen voit ripustaa kuuseen tai kotia koristamaan.

Työpajan täyttävät luonnonmateriaalit, joulun ajanlämpö sekä tunnelmalliset jouluvalot. Koristeella voit ilahduttaa itseäsi tai antaa lahjaksi ystävälle!

Teoksissani olen kuvannut rakkaudettomuuden tilaa joka virtasi kuin musta veri sukupolvelta toiselle sodan jälkeen maassamme.

Minua kiinnostavat yksilöt ja ne pienet hetket, jotka voivat olla merkittäviäkin jättäessämme taakse tuon kauhean menneisyyden.

Purkamalla ulos kehostamme vihdoin nuo kielletyt tunteet ja pääsystä nykyhetkeen, rakkauteen.
