He ovat voittaneet myös finaalin \"Salute to Talents\" -festivaalissa Pietarissa, \"Golden Bee\" -festivaali Valko-Venäjällä ja \"Advent\" -festivaali Tallinnassa, Virossa.

Ohjelma on suunnattu kaiken ikäisille.

Welcome to our monthly book and culture discussion group at Itäkeskus Library!

Each month participants will read a book, watch a film, or listen to an album related to a theme that the group decides on.

During the gathering we'll have coffee, share what we've read, watched or listened to, and see where the conversation takes us.

Saturday, January 20th, February 24th, March 23rd, April 27th, and May 25th.
Time: 10:30-12:00

The topic for the January 20th meeting is \"Holidays, Celebrations, and Traditions\". Topics for discussion include books, films, and music we associate with different holidays, as well as books and films which have taught us about an unfimiliar culture's traditions.

For this meeting it isn't necessary to read anything new. However, if you want something to read, we can make some recommendations.

Each month participants will read a book, watch a film, or listen to an album related to a theme that the group decides on.

During the gathering we'll have coffee, share what we've read, watched or listened to, and see where the conversation takes us.

Saturday, January 20th, February 24th, March 23rd, April 27th, and May 25th.
Time: 10:30-12:00

The topic for the January 20th meeting is \"Holidays, Celebrations, and Traditions\". Topics for discussion include books, films, and music we associate with different holidays, as well as books and films which have taught us about an unfimiliar culture's traditions.

For this meeting it isn't necessary to read anything new. However, if you want something to read, we can make some recommendations.

Kokoonnumme sunnuntaisin 14.1. alkaen kirjaston kokoushuone Kanervassa pohjakerroksessa klo 15–16.30.

Paloheinän kirjaston Sysi-monitoimitilassa on esillä Hannele Heinosen akryylimaalauksia.

Hannele Heinonen on helsinkiläinen sisustusarkkitehti, joka eläkkeelle päästyään aloitti kokopäiväisen maalaamisen. Hän maalaa isokokoisia akryyliteoksia. \"Aiheet syntyvät näkemästäni ja kokemastani, elämästä ympärilläni.\" Kiinnostava maalaus syntyy sommitelman, värien ja valöörien yhdistelmästä. Toiveena on tehdä koskettava maalaus, herättää ajatuksia ja mielikuvia menneestä ja tulevasta.

Näyttelyyn on vapaa pääsy. Tervetuloa!

Toisinaan muutosta tavoitellaan tietoisesti ja joskus se on lähes huomaamatonta ja orgaanista. Usein kuitenkin prosessissa tapahtuu repsahduksia ja taantumaa, eikä muutos välttämättä ole suoraviivaista tai pysyvää. Stage of Change tarjoaa kolme näkökulmaa siitä, kuinka vaikutumme toinen toisistamme sekä ympäristöstämme ja miten erilaisia muutosprosessit voivat olla.

Laulaja-lauluntekijä Kilpeläinen julkaisi syksyllä 2023 uuden albuminsa ”Sanat jää ilmaan”, jonka on tuottanut KUUMAA-yhtyeestä tuttu Johannes Brotherus. Levyllä yhdistyvät moderni tuotanto, artistin tuttu, rakastettu ääni ja henkilökohtaiset tekstit. Kaiken uuden ohella levyllä kuuluu myös aikaisemmilta vuosilta tuttu Tuure: lämmintä ja välitöntä energiaa luova karhea ja samettinen tulkitsija.
