Ramithawi on venezuelalais-syyrialainen laulaja-lauluntekijä, joka asuu Helsingissä ja Tbilisissä. Hänen musiikkinsa on yhdistelmä latinalaisamerikkalaisia ja arabialaisia elementtejä. Tässä sooloesityksessä hän esittää kappaleita, jotka kertovat rakkaudesta, menneistä traumoista ja sodasta.

Under evenemanget får de nya stadsborna möjlighet att bekanta sig med tjänster, hobbyer och fritidsaktiviteter inom det egna bostadsområdet.

Welcome Day erbjuder förutom nyttig information även ett roligt, inspirerande och gemenskapligt program för personer i alla åldrar. Programmet kulminerar i en känslosam konsert med den venezuelansk-syrianska artisten Ramithawi.

På Welcome Day talar vi engelska, och dessutom erbjuder vi tolkning enligt behov. Evenemanget är avgiftsfritt men förutsätter förhandsanmälan.

Ramithawi är en venezuelansk-syriansk sångare och låtskrivare baserad i Helsingfors och Tbilisi. Hans musik är en kombination av latinamerikanska och arabiska inslag. I detta soloframträdande framför han sånger om kärlek, gamla trauman och krig.

Cultural Centre Vuotalo welcomes the recently arrived international residents to Helsinki!

In this event new residents will get to know the services, hobbies and other leisure time activities available to them in their neighborhoods.

In addition to providing useful information, the Welcome Day program includes fun, inspiring and communal activities for people of all ages. The event culminates in an emotional concert by Venezuelan-Syrian artist Ramithawi.

We speak English at Welcome Day. Additionally, interpreters will be present at the event. The event is free to attend, but sign-ups are required.
