Avajaisissa Bravo!-festivaalin kansainvälinen esiintyjä Artefactos Bascos tarjoaa maistiaisia esityksestään B A T U, lisäksi nähdään lasten oma Tempo-orkesteri Vantaalta, akrobaattikaksikko Inni&Sasu, tunnelmaa nostattavia avajaispuheita, Pensseliboogie-työpaja ja muuta hauskaa ohjelmaa!

Alle 2-vuotiaille suunnattu Opus Companyn ja Hands some Feet -ryhmän Babysphere-teos on koettavissa nonstop-elämyksenä Maijansalissa Oodin 1. kerroksessa klo 13.30-15.

Muu ohjelma kaiken ikäisille Oodin 3. kerroksen lasten alueella klo 13-16.

Tapahtuman juontaa ilmiömäisen ihana Ringa-klovni (Inga Björn).

Torstaina 7.3. klo 15-18 pop-up piste aulassa

Arki on parasta kotoutumista!
Kummiperhetoiminnassa yhdistämme yksin alaikäisinä maahan tulleita nuoria ja suomea puhuvia perheitä. Perhe voi myös olla yksittäinen ihminen tai yhteisö.
Yhdessä kummi ja nuori tekevät arkisia asioita, käyvät kävelyillä, tekevät ruokaa, katsovat sarjoja, käyvät urheilumatseissa tai muuta mistä molemmat on kiinnostuneita. Tapaamisia on n. 1-4 kertaa kuukaudessa.


Tule Sellon kirjastoon torstaina 7.3 kello 15-18 kuulemaan lisää. Kummiperhetoiminnan yhteisötyöntekijä Charlotta on paikalla kirjastossa kertomassa miten kummi voi tukea nuorta ja samalla itse oppia uutta.

Kirja kertaa venäläisen ja neuvostoliittolaisen populaarimusiikin ja musiikkikulttuurin vaiheita 1800-luvun lopulta 2000-luvun alkuun. Moskovan valot, Uralin pihlaja, Rakastan elämää, Tumma yö, Oi niitä aikoja.... lauluja, joita on vuosikymmenet kuunneltu, tunnelmaa nostaen, juurikaan pohtimatta, mistä ne tulevat.

Miten unohtumattomat laulut ovat syntyneet, millaisia tarinoita niihin liittyy? Miten ne heijastelivat Venäjän ja Neuvostoliiton kulloisiakin oloja?

Kyseessä on ensimmäinen laaja suomenkielinen esittely venäläis-neuvostoliittolaisesta populaarista musiikkikulttuurista: tsaarinaikaisten romanssien hurma, uuden ajan agitprop, iloiset NEP-iskelmät, jazzia ja tangoa Isä Aurinkoisen varjossa, sota-ajan laulujen ja suojasään chansonien kautta Alla Pugatshovaan ja Vladimir Vysotskiin sekä viimein perestroikan esiin nostamaan neuvostorockiin. Unohtamatta venäläistä musiikkia Suomessa.
