Dokumentaarisessa sarjakuvaromaanissaan Rubin Dranger tutkii omaa juutalaista sukuhistoriaansa ja sitä, mitä oikeastaan tapahtui niille sukulaisille, jotka ”katosivat” toisen maailmansodan aikana. Teoksessa valokuvat, piirustukset, akvarellit ja tekstit yhdistyvät kertomukseksi siitä, miten tärkeää muistaminen on.

Keskustelu käydään ruotsiksi.

Joanna Rubin Drangeria haastattelee kirjailija ja toimittaja Philip Teir.

Maaliskuun Dekkari-illassa keskustellaan yhdestä kovaksikeitetyn rikoskirjallisuuden tärkeimmistä kirjailijoista eli Raymond Chandlerista (1888-1959), hänen tuotannostaan ja henkilöhahmoistaan, erityisesti yksityisetsivä Philip Marlowesta.

Chandler oli kovaksikeitetyn jännitysromaanin mestari, tyylitaituri, jolle tarinan juoni on vain keino kuvata yhteiskuntaa ja ihmisiä.

Mitä voin tehdä ennalta sekä miten olla avuksi häiriö- ja poikkeusoloissa?

Jokaisen kannattaa varautua siihen, että tavallinen arki voi häiriintyä onnettomuuden tai poikkeustilanteen takia. Varautuminen on ennaltaehkäisyä ja harjoittelua siltä varalta, että jotakin odottamatonta voi tapahtua. Pitkittynyt sähkökatko on esimerkki häiriötilanteesta, jonka takia yhteiskunnan tarjoamat palvelut häiriintyvät tai jopa keskeytyvät.

Kodeissa olisi hyvä olla vähintään kolmeksi vuorokaudeksi ruokaa ja lääkkeitä. Olisi myös tärkeää tuntea varautumisen perusteet eli tietää, mistä saa oikeaa tietoa häiriötilanteessa ja miten esimerkiksi pärjätä kylmenevässä asunnossa.

Luennon tavoitteena on lisätä tietoa, miten jokaisen kannattaa varautua siihen, että tavallinen arki voi häiriintyä onnettomuuden tai poikkeustilanteen takia ja mikä on kotivara.

Maagista viikkoa vietetään Hakunilan kirjastossa 8.-12.4.2024. Viikon ajan luvassa on paljon hauskaa maagista ohjelmaa, jota et halua missata!

Perjantaina 12.4. viikko huipentuu taikaolentojen piirtämiseen ja maalaamiseen. Tule suunnittelemaan oma taikaolentosi ja herätä se henkiin paperille.

Kirjasto tarjoaa askartelutarvikkeet. Vapaa pääsy. Ei ennakkoilmoittautumista.

Maagista viikkoa vietetään Hakunilan kirjastossa 8.-12.4.2024. Viikon ajan luvassa on paljon hauskaa maagista ohjelmaa, jota et halua missata!

Torstaina 11.4. järjestetään maaginen Kahoot-tietovisa. Luvassa on hauskoja taianomaisia tietovisakysymyksiä. Osaatko vastata kaikkiin?

Osallistumiseen tarvitset oman laitteen. Voit myös lainata kirjastosta tabletin, mikäli sinulla on voimassa oleva Helmet-kirjastokortti. Huomioithan, että tabletteja on rajoitettu määrä.
