Samuelin Poloneesi jalkautuu Pasilan kirjastoon lauantaina 16.3.2024 klo 10.30-14 tuoden esiintymään mainion kattauksen pelimanniyhtyeitä ja kansantanssia. Esiintymässä Hönkä ja poijjat, Helisevä, Orivesi All Stars, Käpylän pelimannit, Kansantanssiyhtye PRO ja lopuksi vielä kaikille avoin Balladitanssilauluworkshop MuT Maija Karhinen-Ilon johdolla.

SAMUELIN POLONEESI 51 VUOTTA
Samuelin Poloneesi järjestetään Helsingissä 14.-17.3.2024.
Samuelin Poloneesi on Suomen Kansanmusiikkiliiton vuoden suurin tapahtuma, joka kiertää ympäri Suomea ja esittelee vuosittain kansanmusiikin parhaimmistoa ja kokoaa useat sadat pelimannit yhteen. Konserttien tarjonta on kiinnostavaa, tuoretta ja tasokasta. Esille pääsee koko kansanmusiikin nykyinen kirjo niin rajoja rikkovat nuorten yhtyeet kuin perinteistä linjaa edustavat pelimanniyhtyeet ja yksittäiset mestarit. Tärkeä osa Samuelin Poloneesin pääjuhlaa on pelimannien yhteissoitto, jossa juhlan nimikkosävelmän lisäksi esitetään usean sadan pelimannin voimalla vuoden yhteissoittokappaleita, joissa teemana on järjestävän maakunnan kansanmusiikki.

Helsingissä Samuelin Poloneesi järjestetään yhdessä Uudenmaan Kansanmusiikkiyhdistyksen kanssa.

Tämän vuoden OmaStadi-kokonaisuus on edennyt ehdotuksien äänestysvaiheeseen.
Sinulla on käytettävissä viisi ääntä, joilla voit äänestää sinulle tärkeitä OmaStadi-ehdotuksia. Käytä äänestysmahdollisuus hyväksesi, sillä unelmien Helsinki tehdään yhdessä!

Kaupunkilaisten tekemiä ideoita äänestetään ajalla 28.2.-17.3.2024.

Kirjaston äänestyskahveilla voit selailla ehdotuksia, kysyä lisää ja äänestää haluamiasi ehdotuksia kirjastohenkilökunnan avustuksella. Ota mukaan henkilöllisyystodistus, mikäli sinulla ei ole mobiilipankkitunnuksia. Tarjolla on kahvia, teetä ja pientä purtavaa.

Puhumme tilaisuudessa pääosin suomea, mutta tuemme äänestämistä myös englannin kielellä.

OMASTADI-ÄÄNESTYS

OmaStadi on Helsingin tapa toteuttaa osallistuvaa budjetointia. Se tarkoittaa sitä, että kaupunkilaiset saavat ideoida, ehdottaa ja äänestää asioita, joita omalle ja jollekin muulle asuinalueelle toivotaan. Esim. Itä-Helsinkiä varten on käytössä 1,5 miljoonaa euroa.

OmaStadi-äänestys järjestetään 28.2.-17.3.2024. Äänioikeutettuja ovat kaikki Helsingissä asuvat 13-vuotiaat ja sitä vanhemmat henkilöt. Äänestäminen tapahtuu omastadi.hel.fi -sivustolla vahvalla tunnistautumisella.

Äänestys on alueellinen. Valitse alue, eli suurpiiri (itäinen, keskinen, kaakkoinen jne), jonka ehdotuksia haluat äänestää. Voit siis äänestää vain yhden suurpiirin ehdotuksia.

Jokaisella helsinkiläisellä on käytössään viisi ääntä. Voit antaa äänesi viidelle eri ehdotukselle, joiden toivot toteutuvan. Voit antaa samalle ehdotukselle vain yhden äänen. Äänestystoimituksen voit tehdä vain kerran, eli anna kerralla kaikki haluamasi äänet (1-5 kpl). Osan äänistä voi jättää käyttämättä.

Kauniaisten kirjaston seinällä olevat värikkäät lintutaulut on toteutettu sekatekniikalla. Siiri de Ruijter on työstänyt taustaa ensin intuitiivisesti ja sitten päälle on lentänyt veikeä lintu. Voimakkaat värit ja lintujen hauskat ilmeet tuovat iloa tekijälle - ja toivottavasti myös katsojille.

Lisäksi näyttelyvitriinissä on esillä erilaisia taidepäiväkirjoja. Kirjoissa on hyödynnetty paljon kierrätysmateriaalia kansissa ja sivuina, jolloin paine täydellisen luomiseen häviää. Taidepäiväkirjatyöskentelyssä on parasta tekemisen vapaus. Niissä voi työstää tunteitaan - sekä positiivisia että negatiivisia - tai voi vain nauttia käsillä luomisesta. Siiri de Ruijter käyttää paljon värejä ja kollaasielementtejä taiteessaan. Yhdistämällä eläimen kuvia vanhasta romaanista leikattuihin teksteihin syntyy huumoria piristämään päivää. Joskus sivuilla seikkailee myös taiteilijan omat kasvot.
