Arabianrannan kirjastossa on nyt loka marraskuussa esillä myös ”uusia sivuja”.</p><p>Inkeri Makkonen maalaa maisemaa allegorioita, mielentiloja, kuvajaisia. Ne ovat muotokuvia<br> taiteilijasta itsestään. Näyttelyyn on val ttu teossarjan syksystä 2022 syksyyn 2023.<br> Teoksen nimi syntyy työskennellessä ja viittaa prosessiin, jota maalari käy läpi työskennellessään.<br> Muotokuva, lävitseni tullut, on monin langoin kiinni ympäröivässä maailmassa, sen tapahtumissa<br> ja osa sitä. </p><p>Maalaukset on tehty pääasiassa omatekoisilla öljypastelleilla. Pohjamaalauksineen teokset ovat sekatekniikkaa. Työskentelyä on tukenut Taike.</p><p>Taiteilijan lämpimät kiitokset myötäelämisestä ja avusta kirjailija Helinä Siikalalle ja kuvataiteilija<br> Olavi Suomelalle!</p><p>Näyttely on järjestetty yhteistyössä Helsingin Taiteilijaseuran ja Arabianrannan kirjaston kanssa.</p><p>INKERI MAKKONEN<br> “My Dear Diary - with new leaves”</p><p>Paintings in Arabianranta Library 9.10 – 30.11.2023</p><p>Inkeri Makkonen paints landscapes – allegories, states of mind, reflections. They are portraits of herself. For her exhibition she has chosen a series of works from autumn 2022 to autumn 2023.<br> The names of the paintings come about spontaneously as she works and refers to the process she is going through while working.<br> “The portrait which has come through me, is in many ways connected to the world around me, its events and part of it.”<br> Makkonen paints mainly with homemade oil pastels.
