Uppvärmningen kan omfatta enkel step-up. I styrketräningen tränar vi benens muskelstyrka varje timme, och dessutom muskelstyrka och balans mångsidigt och varierande för hela kroppen. I slutet av timmen har vi gemensam stretchning. Warm-up can include easy stepping. In strength training, leg muscles are trained on every session, and there are also varied exercises for muscle strength and balance for the whole body. The session ends with a warm-up.
