Mitä tarinoita ne meille kertovatkaan tästä kaukaisesta paikasta?</p><p>Työpajan sisältö on saanut innoituksensa Club Gabriel Mistral para niños lastenkerhosta. Club Gabriel Mistral oli chileläispakolaisten perustama lastenkerho Suomessa. Sen toiminta sijoittui 70-luvun lopusta 2000-luvun alkuun. Kerhossa yhdessä tekeminen, leikki ja musiikki, toimivat kulttuurin ja espanjan kielen välittäjinä toisen polven chileläisille ja myöhemmin muillekin Latinalaisen Amerikan kulttuurista kiinnostuneille perheille.</p><p>Lasten taidetyöpajassa sukellamme suomalaischileläiseen historiaan ja Suomeen asti kantautuvaan chileläiseen kulttuuriin. Suomalaischileläisten taidekasvattajien johdolla rakennamme oman panhuilun tai run run -hyrrän.
