Kansanmusiikkijuurten lisäksi hänen sävelkielessään kuuluu hänen pitkä taustansa sekä kuoromusiikin että instrumentaalimusiikin parissa.</p><p>Kovassa nosteessa olevan laulajan debyyttialbumi ‘Kosto’ ilmestyi vuoden 2023 lopussa ja sai huippuarvostelut mm. Helsingin Sanomilta. Vilma Jään debyyttialbumilla on lunastettu jo vuoden kansanmusiikkilevy -palkinto, vuoden Etno-Emma-palkinto ja lisäksi se on ehdolla Teosto-palkinnon saajaksi.</p><p>Kesto noin 1 tunti</p><p>Konsertti on osa Suomen Kulttuurirahaston Uudenmaan rahaston tukemaa Meidän Uusimaa -konserttikokonaisuutta.</p>",
