However, when we look back at its history, the food is not as “healthy” as we consider today. This lecture addresses the questions such as how the image of healthy Japanese food has been constructed, and how people use that image now.\"<br><br> Sara Park (Ph.D. in sociology, Kyoto University, 2013) has been a lecturer of Japanese culture and society at the University of Helsinki since 2020.
