Nyt hän murtautuu ulos tullakseen kuulluksi.</p><p>Esityksessä Joe johdattaa yleisön läpi oman traagisen tarinansa ja samalla koko 1900-luvun – kasvun, väkivallan ja menetysten vuosisadan. Helppoa ulospääsyä ei ole. Joe taisteli vapauden, demokratian ja kotimaansa puolesta ja menetti kaiken. Kaiken jälkeen hän kyseenalaistaa unelmat, joihin häntä on opetettu uskomaan.</p><p>Perustuu Dalton Trumbon romaaniin Johnny Got His Gun.</p><p>Johnny Got His Gun sai ensi-iltansa vuonna 2015 Lappeenrannan kaupunginteatterissa.
